How your refund is returned
Refunds are issued back to the card or payment method you used at checkout. No bank details are needed — just use the same email as your purchase.
Once issued, your bank may take a few business days to show it on your statement.
Before you request a refund
You only get back what you paid for access
Nothing promised or worked for on the platform is paid out. By requesting a refund you give up:
- Your $180 welcome bonus
- Your earned balance from ad reviews
- Any withdrawal in progress — including ones already in transit
- Everything promised or still to be earned on the platform
- Access to courses, daily tasks, community and your account
15 days to analyse your reason
Our team reviews the reason for the refund within up to 15 days before approving it.
7 days to process the transfer
After approval, the refund is issued within 7 days to your original payment method — about 22 days in total.
